LEDdynamics has introduced the new EverLED TR, a revolutionary product that replaces existing fluorescent lamps directly with LEDs. All you need to do is replace the bulbs. The EverLED TR uses the base of an existing fluorescent lamp and achieves the brightness of the fluorescent lamp it replaces, making it the only product that can truly replace fluorescent lamps.
The benefits of LED technology include energy savings, long life, high quality light and cold temperature operation. In addition to these benefits, the EverLED TR does not contain mercury or lead, nor does it have a glass casing that is easily broken. EverLED TR is the first commercial product to replace other light sources with LEDs without changing external equipment.
The EverLED TR is a replacement for the 48-inch T8 fluorescent lamp and now comes in five standard shapes, from daylight to warm white. The 48-inch S-type provides the equivalent of a 40W fluorescent lamp with a power consumption of only 25W. The 24-inch, 60-inch and 72-inch products will be available in the third quarter of 2007.
The patented electronic circuitry of EverLED TR allows LEDs to draw power directly from existing fluorescent sockets. This technology also reduces power consumption and provides good compatibility with T12, T10 or T8 fluorescent tubes.
