Summary:

This is a power adapter engineering report that describes the inkjet printer power supply designed by Power Integrations' TOPSwitch-HX series of TOP258MN devices. This power supply universal input (90VAC - 265VAC) and provides a 24V, 35W continuous output. To meet peak load power requirements, the power supply can deliver up to 80 watts (peak power) for 40 milliseconds at a fixed time interval of 1060 milliseconds (3.6% duty cycle).
