Overview: This paper introduces the design and manufacture of a high precision automatic resistance tester based on STM32F103 microcontroller. The resistance tester uses a voltage divider method to measure the resistance. The high-precision 16-bit ∑-Δ ADC AD7705 is used to accurately measure the resistance voltage. The whole system is easy to control and the human-computer interaction interface is friendly. After testing, the system is fully functional, with an accuracy of 0.6% and a conversion rate of 10/sec. Traditional resistance testers have the disadvantage of requiring shifting and insufficient precision. This paper describes the composition of an automatic resistance tester that uses the high-precision 16-bit ∑-Δ ADC AD7705 to accurately measure the resistance voltage using a voltage divider method. 1 overall design 1.1 Voltage-based resistance measurement method The system uses the voltage divider method as shown in Figure 1. The precision resistor is used as R0, and RX is the measurement resistor. By measuring U1, U2, the ohm theorem can be used to measure Rx=(U2*R)/(U1 -U2). The scheme has simple circuit structure and convenient debugging. As long as the precision resistor R0 is calibrated, RX can be measured by sampling with high precision AD.
