(3) Instruction description:
1 The function of this command is to clear all the devices in the specified interval to "0".
2[D1], [D2] The two operands are the same device, and the address number of [D1] is ≤ [D2]. When the address number of [D1] is the address number of [D2], only the device specified by [D1] is reset.
3 This instruction is generally only for 16-bit processing, but can be specified to reset the 32-bit counter. In this case, both operands must be 32-bit counters. If one 16-bit and the other 32-bit, the program will fail.
