British electric car fast charging network, charging 80% in 30 minutes

According to the British auto magazine autocar, a fast charging network for electric vehicles with a total length of 1,099 kilometers has been built in the UK, creating greater convenience for the promotion of electric vehicles.

It is reported that the charging network has 74 fast charging stations, which can charge 80% of electric vehicles in just 30 minutes. The establishment of the network provides car owners with more choices to make long-distance driving more convenient. In addition, the site is established in several key transportation hubs, and electric vehicle drivers can successfully cross the border. According to Newcastle University research, 72% of electric vehicle drivers use fast charging stations. It is reported that the network covers most parts of the UK.

Renault's electronic vehicle production manager Ben Fletcher said: "The development of automotive technology and the popularity of charging facilities have made the sales of electric vehicles soaring. The construction of fast charging networks not only provides power, but also enables more owners to choose electric vehicles."

It is reported that the total investment of the project is 5.8 million pounds, which is funded by the four automobile manufacturers of the European Union and Nissan, BMW, Renault and Volkswagen.
