The two buildings are separated by a 45-meter parking lot. One building is a maternity hospital housing with 20 beds and the Other is a storage warehouse. D·Lim Architects refurbished the two buildings, connected by a 40-meter span bridge. The warehouse is a low-cost shopping center that is a composite slab.
