Tianjin Power Fiber-to-the-Home Super-Million

As the “last mile” for the construction of smart grids, since the pilot project of Tianjin FTTH fiber-to-the-home project, 6 communities and 4,477 households have been completed. This year, the city plans to complete a total of 6,878 electric fiber-to-the-home 11 communities. Within the scope of the Tianjin Eco-City, 20,000 households of fiber-to-the-home will be implemented during the 12th Five-Year Plan period.

According to reports, smart grid construction is a key project proposed in the national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" energy construction plan, and power fiber-to-the-home is an important part of the smart grid power supply link. After the power fiber to the home, residents can use smart power equipment to open smart interactive services, to facilitate the mastery of the power consumption of various appliances in the home, and get power instructions to reduce unnecessary consumption of electricity.
