Third, fastening

The LED display screen is a high-power consumption device. After a certain period of operation, due to multiple start-stops and operation, the terminal of the power supply part will be loose due to hot and cold, the contact is not strong, and the virtual connection will be formed. Ignite the plastic components next to it.

The signal terminals are also loose due to changes in ambient temperature, and the moisture is corroded to cause poor contact, which in turn leads to equipment failure. Therefore, the connectors of the LED display must be periodically tightened. When the fasteners are adjusted, the force should be evenly and properly ensured to be strong and effective.

Fourth, the display surface is clean

The LED display screen is visually inspected and inspected in both bright and black screen states.
