Tianjin Branch Ministry of Chemical Industry mixed benzene process optimization project has been China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Tianjin Branch to "on Tianjin Branch of the Ministry of Chemical mixed benzene process optimization project-based design approval" (Sinopec shares Jin regulation [2017] No. 294) Approved for construction, the bidder was China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Tianjin Branch. 2.4 Construction Investment: The total investment approved for this project is RMB 9,381,200 (tax deductible value-added tax is RMB 1.1608 million), and the construction cost of this bid section is about RMB 3.86 million (including tax).

2.5 Plan duration: 129 days (since the start date of the project until the completion date), the main duration node:

2.6 Division: One bid section.

2.7 Tender range of bids: construction installation and installation within the scope of basic design approval. mainly include:

(2) Transform R-105A/B to realize the separate loading function of chemical benzene and refinery benzene;

(4) Increase the raffinate to olefin process.

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 The bidder should have the following basic qualifications:

(1) An independent legal person registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China;

(2) Holding a qualification certificate of general contracting for the construction of petrochemical projects issued by the construction administrative department;

(3) Holding an effective safety production license issued by the construction administrative department;

(4) Hold an effective quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety management system certification;

(5) Since 2014, (accepted by the acceptance date for the acceptance of the project), there has been a single project contracting amount of RMB 3.5 million and above for the construction performance of petrochemical auxiliary projects;

(6) The company is in good financial condition, has sufficient assets and capabilities and effectively performs the contract.

3.2 The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium.

3.3 The tender requires bidders proposed project manager holds a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering qualification registered architect (registered bidders units), with the head of the safety assessment certificate valid construction enterprise project (B card) , Since 2014 (according to the acceptance date of the acceptance), there is a performance of the construction manager of the petrochemical auxiliary project with a single contract amount of 3.5 million yuan or more. No other project may be part-time during the contract period of the project.

3.4 The technical requirements for the bids proposed by the bidders shall include senior engineering and above technical titles.

3.5 This tender requires the bidder to designate a safety person in charge who has an effective safety production assessment certificate (certificate C) for full-time safety production management personnel of construction companies.
