Determination of ethyl acetate by ultraviolet spectrophotometry Key words: ultraviolet spectrophotometer; ethyl acetate; US analytical instrument ; UV-1700; UV-1800
Ethyl acetate (EA), also known as ethyl acetate, is a colorless, transparent and aromatic liquid with excellent solubility and fast drying. It is a very important organic chemical raw material and an excellent industrial solvent. Used in the production of acetate fiber, ethyl fiber, chlorinated rubber, vinyl resin, cellulose fiber resin, synthetic rubber, paint and paint. There are many methods for preparing ethyl acetate. The traditional preparation method has a cooling method. The method of provisioning is slightly. In order to explore a rapid and effective method for determination of ethyl acetate (EA), to determine and optimize the preparation process of ethyl acetate, a method for rapid determination of ethyl acetate content by UV-visible spectrophotometry was proposed. The ketone and hydrogen peroxide reaction solution verified the accuracy and accuracy of the method. The results showed that the magenta complex formed by ethyl acetate had the maximum absorption peak at 530 nm after color reaction with hydroxylamine ethanol and FeCl_3. The linear relationship between the difference between the absorbance of the magenta substance at 530 nm and 800 nm and the concentration of ethyl acetate was established by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry, and the content of ethyl acetate was quantitatively determined. The method is simple, convenient and rapid, and the effect is better when the FeCl_3/EA molar ratio is not less than 1.1, the boiling water bath temperature is 100 ° C, the boiling water bath time is 40 s, and the color is completed within 60 s after the color development. The relative deviation of the measurement in the ketone and hydrogen peroxide reaction solution was 1.79%, and the recovery was 95.5% to 105.0%. Differential pressure sensor (DPS) is a sensor used to measure the difference between two pressures. It is usually used to measure the pressure difference between the front and rear ends of a certain equipment or component.
Looseness often occurs during installation. The transmitter is connected with the three valve manifold. The bolts should be tightened diagonally. Generally, they cannot be locked at one time. The sealing ring should be densified during the installation of the three valve manifold.
