1. Before the on-load tap-changer is put into operation, it should be checked whether the oil level is normal, there is no leakage oil, and the control box should be well protected from moisture.

2. After the newly-installed on-load tap-changer gas relay is installed, the operating personnel should deflate in a timely manner when necessary (gas in the cylinder).
3. When the on-duty personnel carry out on-load tap-changer control, pay attention to observe whether there is any bubble in the gas relay before and after the operation.
4. During operation, when the light gas moves frequently, the on-duty personnel should make a record and report the dispatch, stop the operation, and analyze the reasons for timely processing.
5. Oil quality supervision and inspection cycle of on-load tap-changer:
(1) Every 6 months during operation, the oil sample should be taken for pressure test once, and the oil withstand voltage should not be lower than 30kV/2.5mm. When the oil withstand voltage is between (25 ~ 30kV) / 2.5mm, the automatic voltage regulator controller should be stopped.
(2) Checking the core of the on-load tap-changer: After one year of new operation, or tap changer 5000 times; run for 3 to 4 years or cumulative adjustment times of 10,000 to 20,000 times for core inspection.
(3) When checking the hanging core of the on-load tap-changer, the value of the transition resistance should be tested and consistent with the manufacturer's value.
